The idea with this research into ecopedagogic praxis is to understand how to teach young learners to engage, understand and reflect on the environment, in a local and personal manner using digital recording devices.  Ecopedagogy addresses a variety of environmental phenomena such as eco-justice, global warming, pollution, ecocide and extraction.  This includes reflecting on the sensual, affective and emotional relationships with human and more-than-human kin. Through this kind of quiet, concentrated, filmic observation and sensual engagement I am hoping to discover what makes young learners create a communal and kinship relationship with humans and more-than-humans.

For this purpose I ask you to participate in the research by looking attentively without any interference  at a video of your choice and add private comments at the end of the video that reflect what you felt, learned and sensed while watching. Please watch as many as you can.
